Refund policy

 

Online Orders:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Linen and Lace.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) in it’s original condition within 14 days of purchase date for a refund, less shipping costs. 

Linen & Lace is not responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, (unwashed, unworn, unaltered) with original tags attached.  Online purchases may be returned in-store ONLY if receipt is present.

*Some items are Final Sale:  Sale, promotional or clearance items, special order or custom items, gift cards, and all jewelry.

Please Note:  Linen & Lace is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.  Please direct any inquiries to your local USPS, UPS or FedEx location.

To return an item:  No email is necessary - confirm you are within return parameters above and mail your purchase back to: (**please include your order number for reference**)

Once item(s) are received refunds will be given to original payment method (less shipping fees, taxes, if any).  No refund or credit will be given after 14 days.  

Linen and Lace is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.  

Shipping and merchandise credit are Non-refundable.

 

In Store Purchases:

In store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase date for merchandise credit.  Item(s) must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered) with original tags attached.  Original receipt MUST be present.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Refund will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT.

*Final sale items:  Sale, clearance and promotional items.  Special order or custom items, food items, gift cards and all jewelry.
